The reservation relating to the requested period of stay will be validated after the payment of an advance equal to 30% of the entire agreed amount.




When calculating the rent, anyone over the age of 12 must be considered an adult.


The tourist tax will be calculated for each individual over the age of 12, for a maximum of 6 days and will be paid directly at the facility. It is not included in the rent calculation.


Expenses included in the amount: utilities, initial and final cleaning, linen changed weekly.


The MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX is NOT included which, for the municipality of Castellammare del Golfo, amounts to €1.50 per day per person (aged 12 and over) for a maximum of 6 days.


Animals are allowed on a deposit of €50.00 to be paid at check-in, and which will be returned at the end of the stay, after the staff has verified the absence of any damage (material damage, excrements not collected at the inside the property, excessive disturbance of the peace).


The structure DOES NOT provide: food products, personal hygiene products (only one courtesy set per person). Each apartment is equipped with a hairdryer.


The apartments are equipped with internal and external furnishings including pots and pans. A washing machine is also provided for each apartment

For the Red and Green apartments:


  • There is the possibility of parking a total of two medium-sized cars inside the property, in the designated parking area shared by both apartments. Alternatively, if the space is not sufficient or for needs of moving the car autonomously and independently, it is possible to park the car in an available external space on the street serving the structure. If the external spaces are used for parking inside the residence, the pass provided by us must be displayed on the car.


  • If you want to use the BBQ area, please respect and keep the surface clean, as, together with the parking area, it is the only neutral area (it does not invade the spaces of either house) and is shared by the two independent apartments present in the building. interior of the house. If you do not want to use common grills, we recommend bringing your own.


For the LA Zagàra Apartment:

  • It is possible to park only one small car inside the property, in the designated parking area. Alternatively, in the case of a medium-large sized car, it can be parked in the external driveway serving the structure. Should the external spaces be used for parking inside the residence. The pass provided by us must be displayed on the car.

  • The apartment does not have a BBQ area, but is equipped with a small metal charcoal oven.

Although no explicit detail has been given here, we refer to the provisions of the civil code and the regulations in force on the subject.
