1. The reservation for the requested period of stay will be validated after the payment of an advance equal to 20% of the entire agreed amount. (We will send the whole procedure via email once the booking is confirmed)                                                       

2. The reservation will be canceled automatically, if the aforementioned payment is not made within 3 days.                     

3. The conditions of possible cancellation provide for the  reimbursement of the sum paid only for causes concerning the Corona Virus; otherwise, there will be no refund.                     

4. When calculating the rent, the person over 8 years of age must be considered an adult.                                                                   

5. The tourist tax will be calculated for each individual over the age of 12, for a maximum of 6 days and will be paid directly at the hotel. It is not included in the rent calculation.
